Orofacial granulomatosis(OFG) is a rare multifactorial clinicopathologic disorder which can exhibit wide spectrum of orofacial manifestations. Its clinical presentation is indistinguishable from numerous systemic conditions making its diagnosis and treatment a challenging task for oral health care practitioners. An extensive diagnostic work up is essential to recognize and manage this rare disease and keep a watch for development of any specific systemic granulomatoses. A case of OFG which was identified after an elaborate diagnostic work up in a 65-year-old female patient is reported. A review of prevailing relevant literature is also put forth.
